You will receive a confirmation email once your session is successfully booked. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact support.
Make sure you’ve selected the correct time zone to align with the creator’s availability. Any time mismatch may result in missing the session.
If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow the creator to accommodate the changes. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be honored.
In the event of a no-show, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered unless otherwise agreed upon.
If the creator needs to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly, and an alternative date will be arranged at your convenience.
Please be aware that sessions may be recorded for internal use or future references. If you do not wish to be recorded, kindly let us know in advance.
Mutual respect is expected throughout the session. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the session being terminated without a refund.
Ensure that you have a stable internet connection and necessary software or tools installed to participate in the session smoothly.
Refunds are not available for missed or canceled sessions unless explicitly stated under specific circumstances. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for canceled appointments will be processed within 7-10 working days.
After the session, you may receive follow-up emails to provide feedback or to continue the conversation.
Prepare any questions or topics you’d like to discuss during the session beforehand to make the most of the time with the creator.
